His maternal Grand Mother used to regularly live an ascetic life on the auspicious days/ Tithis of half moon (Atham), full moon (Poonam) etc., serve monks and had whole hearted faith in the Almighty.
P.Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai, as a child used to spend his holidays at her home. She used to converse daily with her Lord standing in the North East direction (Ishan). This child, whose age was approximately ten years, used to observe this.
One fine day, out of curiosity, he asked his grand mother this question : What is it that you are talking and with whom ?
Grand Mother : I am conversing with SHRI SIMANDHAR SWAMI
Child Pankaj : Do you get the reply ?
Grand Mother : Yes, I get the reply. I enjoy talking with the Lord and my mind becomes peaceful
Child Pankaj : Does the Lord answer ? Is he like this ?
Grand Mother : Yes... He does communicate with us. You also start talking to him. You will definitely get the answer. Don’t use your brain.
And from then onwards, Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai got inspired from his grand mother and he understood that it is possible to converse with God.
After that in the young age, he came in contact with Jain Acharya Bhuvanbhanusuriswarji Maharaj Saheb.(May – 1973 Kapadvanj – Gujarat)
Acharya Bhagwant used to conduct 21 day shibir for youth, a summer Residential Shibir, P.Pu.Pankajbhai participated in such a shibir for the first time when he was just 14 years old, at such a Young Age ! (May 1973 Kapadvanj – Gujarat).
From here onwards began his journey on the path of Jainism. After joining this Shibir, he developed total Faith, How Should I converse with God ? What is this Science ? What is the Lord’s Bhakti ? Why should one do Bhakti ? Why should one perform Prabhu’s Ashtaprakari & NavAngi Puja ?
What is the secret of this Ashta Prakari & NavAngi Puja ? He got the answer to all these questions from Jainacharya Bhuvanbhanusuriswarji Maharaj Saheb.
We can receive the Energies and Vibrations from the Body of Lord Arihant by performing Puja of these Divine Entities. He acquired this Science from Acharya Bhagwant. This energies of Arihant Parmatma can be transferred into us, rather can be received by us, just by a mere touch of our fingers and to physically take the qualities of the Lord, there is none other medium like Ashta Prakari & NavAngi Puja. He learnt from Maharaj Saheb how to communicate in a systematic manner with the Lord. After doing chaityavandan in a Form of Triplets at the Temple, he went into deep contemplation about the six Life Stages of the Lord Arihant, right from when the soul of the Parmatma entered the womb of the mother (Chyavan), to the final stage when the Lord Attained Nirvana, all these stages of Life. He contemplated upon these stages continuously for 8 years.
At the Temple of Bhagwan Sahastraphana Parshwanath in Matunga, he daily communicated with the Lord for hours and enjoyed this Process. He got many answers. Daily he performed this puja. Also did the Prakriyas in Ten Triplets (dasatrik) in the Temple.
Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai was fond of singing right from his childhood when he used to sing Bhajans, Stavans or Sankirtan at temples (Derasar), Upashray and Public Places, people used to get captivated (Mantramugdha) in listening to the Divine Tune.
In the manner as directed by Acharya Maharaj Saheb in the Shibir, if you wish to have a voice and speech Like God, if you want to become Divine Entity like God (Arihant): one has to perform Puja to have these attributes of the Lord.
He used to place this finger on the Kanth of Bhagwan, and did Puja with Bhav that even my voice became like that of God and the way in which God gave 16 Prahar Deshna and his voice never gave away. When doing Puja on the Shoulders of Bhagwan, he expressed his Bhav that even I get the strength. Similar to that of Bhagwan, that no pride, ever arises. While doing Puja on God’s Heart Chakra, he prayed for blessing him with a Large Heart (Vishal Hriday) that whoever comes in contact with me becomes my own. While doing Puja on the Nabhi, he expressed the deep feeling (Bhav) to be blessed with enormous strength and penance (Tapa) just like God with such Divine Feelings, he used to do Nav Angi Puja and maintained continuity in this.
As one passes through these Life Stages, these Life Stages bring about a change in our Life . The Lord has already attained Moksh and if we have to become God (Arihant), this contemplation upon the Life Stages of these entities will 100% make us God – is the understanding he acquired and he went through this procedure of contemplation for 8-9 years continuously. After receiving complete Science and Secrets from Acharya Bhagwant, with atmost dedication & determination, Pujya Pankajbhai began his spiritual Sadhana.
He regularly continued this type of Sadhana.He requested God to bless him with these attributes
(a) Tapa (Penance)
(b) Strength
(c) Courage and Patience to overcome difficulties
(d) kind words coming from the mouth
(e) Feelings (Bhav) of the heart always remain pure and sincere, While doing Puja ,he received these attributes. He continued this Sadhna for years dedicately at the Sahastraphana Parshwanath Temple in Matunga and acquired Tremendous energy. He used to talk to God for hours, Everyday
With inner inspiration such that “ I am sitting in Samovsaran of Shri Simandharswami and I want to take Diksha from Bhagwan, with this Bhav, Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai used to do self Loch once every month as a form of surrender (Sharnagati) to God.
After completing this Shibir, for eight years, he gave seva continuously in the form of Sevak, Bhakta, Aaradhak & Sadhak. Here he got introduced to Kumarpal V. Shah,under his Leadership all summer vacation youth shibir for spiritual training was conducted in Sanidhya of Acharya Bhuvanbhanusuriswarji M.S. here P.Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai learnt Art & Science of Divine Leadership from Acharya Bhuvanbhanusuri Maharajsaheb and reverant Shri Kumarpalbhai.
In the Shibir, he had taken many Vows (Niyam), Pachkhan for 10 years. He abided by these. From this, he gained the experience that, by abiding on these Vows (Niyam), what happens ? What is the result of external Tapa i.e. Bahya Tapa ? What happens on performance of actions i.e. Kriyas ? He passed through the entire process, abiding by every Vows with High Dedication. After going thru this processes he understood the depth meaning of the processes and right Scientific approach towards this Vows which he is sharing his experience today.
Overcoming obstacles and observing Vows (Niyam) he came to the conclusion that from now onwards to keep focus on how to live Life without Ritualistic Pachkhan.
Why is Ritualistic Pachkhan required ?
Who said that Dharma is only by Ritualistic Pachkhan ?
Can one not live life without Vrat, Tapa (Penance) and Vows ?
For finding solution to these questions, he did many processes Scientifically, did experiments and was successful in his undertaking. He showed the real picture (swarup) of Pachkhan
At S.S.C , he stayed in Hansraj Morarji Public School Hostel, over there too, he practised dedicatedly all his Vows (Niyam) . Every night at 3.00am Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai used to sit up , do Navkar Jaap, Ekasana, Upavas (Fast), go to the Temple, do Puja-Path and Kausagg Dhyan. He continued with this sadhna even there at the Hostel. Doing these Prakriyas, living admist all types of boys he developed self-confidence that “ I am doing Sadhna”, communicating with God, doing Nav Angi Puja are my secrets. At that time he mentally resolved to take this Sadhna at Master Level.
In 1975, after S.S.C. at an Exhibition on Electronics in Kolkata at Birla Institute of Technology, he observed ; “ as everything works automatically,” he came to a conclusive judgement that as in Devlok as per description in Shahstras, everything here also is automatic and if we learn this Technology, then we can probably understand the meaning of Jain Aagams. At that time Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai took the decision to become an Electronic Engineer.
1973 to 1982
The time period between 1973 to 1982 was devoted by Pu.Pankajbhai for this formal education and spiritual growth. He participated in Shibirs, in Seva, in Sadhna and became Engineer.
In 1981 he worked as SCIENTIST in BARC ELECTRONIC MODLAB under Dr. B.V. Joshi. And there he created first indegenous Digital keyboard for computer under direction of Dr. B. V. Joshi with 106 Integrated digital circuits (i.c) this technology was transferred to ECIL HYDERABAD govt undertaking for mass manufacturing of indigenous digital keyboard for computers.
In 1982, he did management – M B A from Welingkar’s institute Matunga and started his own Business side by side. Using Mantra Science he became an Industrialist with Spiritual outlook.
When a person meets with an accident, he does require a walker, makes use of it. But it is not possible to walk with Walker whole Life. Infact, he will walk with more Self-confidence, independently without the Walker. In this manner, he experimented continuously for 4 years and he got all the answers of Inner Spiritual Path.
By experience, he understood that it is only with Scientific Knowledge (Samyak Gyan) that the Jin Marg can be brought into real life action (Samyak Kriya). Along with all these, Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai had a vast reading – Reading of Religious texts (Aagam Vanchan), Scientific reading and that of Engineering. On contemplating (Chintan) and inter connecting the Science of Aagams, Scientific reality of this world , Science of Engineering (Application). He got the path : “ The Applied Inner Engineering of Lord Mahavira “.
1978 to1992
In 1978, Matunga Yuvak Mandal was established. Herein, P.Pu. Pankajbhai held Gyan Satra , Bhakti Yog, Arihant Vandanavali, Tirthankar Vandanavali , Maha Snatra Puja, Samuhik Ashtaprakari Puja, Shanti Smaran, Panch Smaran , Chaitya Paripati till 1985. he also conducted the above mentioned programmes as Bhakti / Seva wherever he was called upon by any Jain Maharaj Saheb or any Jain Sangh all over India.
In 1985, Pu. Gurudev Pankajbhai entered into a Marital Relationship Life. He began married Life with Bhavnaben. Life took a new turn.
Elder son Frenil was born in 1987
1992
Younger son Zenil was born in 1992.
He passed through tough exams of life. Although he worked hard for 18-20 hours a day. He was internally connected with Simandharswami. Facing all difficulties, doing Karma Nirjara. Pu.Gurudev Pankajbhai shouldered all the responsibilities of married life, being on the path of simandharswami. He had no bhav of enemity i.e. Ver Bhav for anyone nor was he an enemy to any single person. Facing all hurdles & odds (Pratikulta) that came, he made up on his own, a total independent Empire in Business.
In 1993, in a road accident, 7 ribs of his RIB CAGE were broken, but as a result of his wonderful Sadhna he came out MIRACLOUSLY from disastrous truck accident.
It was a miracle, a strength for him and he got the the gift of a new life. At that time, he decided to surrender his life to the path of Simandharswami. At this time younger son Zenil was just 6 months old. Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai made a request to Simandharswami : “ Give me an opportunity to become a Sevak on your Path,” so that I prepare myself to reach the Samovsaran at your feet in Mahavideh Kshetra. To reach simandharswami he started the path to illuminate lives of people.
He made novel innovations in the path of spirituality in this contemporary modern world such that inrespective of caste, creed, religion, age and nation anybody can follow this path with grace and blessing of Jivit Tirthankar Parmatma Simandharswami. From here onwards , he devoted his DIVINE Life to the path of Simandharswami.He began devoting his time for SEVA. He started giving Sevas in Sion Hospital, Orphan Homes, in helping Orphan Children to find homes and conducted many Sevas.
From 1993 there was an increasing growth in the surrender Bhav (Samarpan Bhav) to the Path of Simandharswami What in reality is the Vitrag Marg of Simandharswami ? How can we achieve it ?
I will show this Path by my experience to the Modern world. At Present, we are following this path of Simandharswami and spread this all around world and all human beings . His dream of reaching Simandharswami was now becoming true.
In 1998, he once again came in Public life, he started the concept of Prarthna Sabha in Mumbai for the first time in history with combination of his voice, speech and Prabhu Bhakti. First cassette of Prarthna Sabha was inaugurated. And distributed to 500 people young and old and everybody experienced the Divinity, Peace and Happiness themselves by listening this Prarthna Sabha.
2004
In 2004, there was establishment of Vartaman Live Tirthankar Parmatma Simandharswami in his new home. At that time he decided to establish the whole path of Shri Simandhar Swami. In 2005, Navkar Mantra shibirs were organised and that time, Shibirarthis went to Naval Virayatana with Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai. There everyday, unitedly requested Pankajbhai to make such a permanent establishment , so that everyone, every being gets the path of SIMANDHARSWAMI everyone flourishes in Divinity and then “ PARAM SUKH JIVAN VIKAS KENDRA” was established.
In 2006, he established “PARAM ANAND PARIWAR” , people who attended this shibir joined this Parivar. Satsangs were held at house of Every member of PARAM ANAND PARIWAR. Bhav aradhana of Panch Smaran, Shanti Smaran, Arihant Vandanavali, Tirthankar Vandanavali was also conducted by Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai.
In 2005/2006 - 9 months 21 sesssions of Navkar Mantra shibir were held. In the beginning Navkar Mantra Yog shibirs were held at Vileparle and Mulund. In Mumbai from 2009, Navkar Mantra shibirs were started at 4 centres, 2 centre western line at Vileparle and kandivli and other 2 centres Central line at Matunga and Mulund.
In 2007 first Paryushan Anubhavdhara was organised at Rutumbhara College Juhu (Mumbai) under the banner of Shri Kishorbhai Bhimji Sanghvi Parivar. Which is nonstop conducted continuously from last 13 years.
In 2008 Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai inaugurated first CD/DVD of Paryushan Anubhavdhara.
In 2009, first Navkar mantra Sadhna Shibir specially for Pu.Sadhu Sadhviji Bhagwant with Medical Camp and 22 doctors for Sadhu Sadhviji Bhagwant was organized at divine Siddhachal Bhumi Palitana (Gujarat)under Auspicious presence of Pujya Devratna Sagar Maharajsahebji & other Acharya Bhagwant present in Palitana at that time. This shibir was organised by invitation of Sadhviji Jyotipragnashriji and Upadhyay Bhagwant Shri Devratna sagarji Maharaj Sahebji.
This was first time in history of Jainism that a Gruhastha Sadhak conducting a Sadhna Shibir for Pu. Sadhu sadhviji Bhagwant. Around 400 Sadhu Sadhvi Bhagwant, Acharya Bhagwant, Panyas Bhagwant participated in the historical Sadhna Shibir. This whole sadhna was based on Scientific Practical Divine living through Navkar Mantra Yog.
In 2010, website named “namojinanam.org” was started
IN 2011 for the first time LIVE webcasting from morning 10am to night 10pm World-wide of Paryushan Anubhavdhara was started.
In 2011, again this same Sadhna Shibir and Medical camp was organised and conducted under the Auspicious presence of Gachhadhipati Kalaprabhsuriswarji MaharajSahebji ( Shishya of Acharya Kalapurnasuriswarji MaharajSahebji) and all other Acharya Bhagwant present in Palitana Tirth at that time and surprisingly, Gachhadhipati Kalapurnasuriswarji MaharajSahebji (Shishya of Acharya Kalapurnasuriswarji MaharajSahebji) expressed that, “ This Scientific Practical Sadhna Shibir is FUTURE OF JAINISM” in today’s Modern World. Secondly, all 350 Sadhu Sadhviji Bhagwant who are under my guidance which will be trained by me. First I will upgrade myself for this system of Sadhna through your CD/DVDs donated by PARAM SUKH JIVAN VIKAS KENDRA and then I will train them this system. Thirdly, I had experienced results of this Sadhna is instant. And Sadhna which we have learned through Guru Parampara & Shastras give results after long perseverance.” In this Sadhna Shibir also 400/500 Sadhu Sadhviji, Acharya Bhagwant, Panyas Bhagwant attended.
Pu.Gurudev Pankajbhai’s childhood wish was to give 16 prahar Deshna like that of Bhagwan Mahavir Swami with Mangal Bhavna for all. in 2011 at M.K. Sanghvi Vaiyavachh Kendra, Vile Parle on Occasion of Diwali, he gave Deshna for first time on day of Bhagwan Mahavir Nirvana. Thereafter, in 2012 for the first time he gave Nonstop 48 hours – 16 Prahar Deshna – Bhagwan Mahavir’s Antim Vani.....known as Shri Uttaradhyan Sutra, which flowed continuously at Pawapuri (Mahavir Bhagwan Nirvan Bhumi, Samadhi Sthal) in the premises of Mahavirswami Temple, Pavapori and all 100 sadhaka which came from Mumbai, also everybody enjoyed continuously alongwith local people, local yatris.
Trustees also showed the interest that such Deshna should be conducted this way at this Nirvan Bhumi and broadcast it LIVE all over world. Which will be a great contribution of Bhagwan Mahavir’s Path. After that Sammet Shikhar Parvat Yatra was done in 3 halts (3 Padav). At Jalmandir Tirth of Sametshikhar whole night we had bhakti on the mountain of Shikharji, and we all received grace of all 20 Tirthankars because it is a nirvana bhumi of 20 Tirthankaras. From 2012 onwards till date every year P.Pu.Gurudev Pankajbhai gives 16 Prahar Deshna at various Places of Spiritual worship alongwith unique Jin marg Trekking in which we practice lifestyle for 3 days as per guidlines given in Bhagwan Mahavir’s antim Vani.
In 2014, the TRUST NAMED PARAM SUKH JIVAN VIKAS KENDRA WAS ESTABLISHED. And 5 types of activities was started,
1) Socio Spiritual Education Workshops.
2) 7 kshetra seva
3) Gher Gher (House to House ) Celebration Satsangs
4) Scientific Celebration of all Indian Festivals
5) Spiritual Sadhna.
All this activities are established systematically after the establishment of Trust. Sevak team was created to conducts all this activities. All the future vision of P.Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai will be henceforth implemented thru Param sukh jivan vikas Kendra. He has also expressed that before he leaves this physical body he will successfully motivate 36 crore families to join PARAM ANAND PARIVAR who will follow the path of SIMANDHARSWAMI ( MAHAVIDEH KSHETRA).
From 2015 onwards this Sadhna conducted by P.Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai in 13 December onwards every year nonstop. This Residential Sadhna is of 18 days. First 9 days Spiritual Training of Grahastha Sadhak and 2nd nine days Spiritual Training of Grahastha Sevak. At the end of 18 days Mala Mahotsav is conducted for all Sadhaks alongwith all Param Anand Parivar and guests. New Year is also celebrated alongwith Mala Mahotsav.
From 2016, with Bhavna of well being for all irrespective of CASTE, CREED, RELIGION & NATION . He started 24 x 7 HELPLINE SEVA to help people from all over the world for any issue.
Vision 2025 has been already broadcasted by P.Pujya Gurudev Pankajbhai in which Divine Scientific Wellness Centre for 6 wellness will be established in every villages, Districts, Towns , Cities, Metro Cities, Mega Cities in which 6 wellness seva will be established.
